The calculator combines three components into a single daily target:

Base = Weight (kg) ร— 33 ml
Activity Addition = (Exercise Minutes รท 30) ร— 400 ml
Climate Addition = 500 ml if Hot/Humid, else 0

Total Intake = Base + Activity Addition + Climate Addition
