Happiness Score
What is a Happiness Score?
The Happiness Calculator is a quick self-reflection tool that asks you to rate your satisfaction across five commonly cited wellbeing areas โ overall life satisfaction, relationships, physical health, work or studies, and sense of purpose โ and combines your answers into a single happiness score out of 100.
This is an informal self-check tool, not a clinical instrument. For a more specific mental health screening, see the PHQ-2 Depression Screening Calculator, and always consult a qualified professional for anything beyond casual self-reflection.
